修回信的核心不是“解释”，而是“感谢”。审稿人花了几个小时读你的论文、写意见，他需要被看见、被尊重。一封充满感谢的修回信，即使你的修改并不完美，也能获得好感。今天教你“感谢艺术”，让审稿人愿意给你通过。
感谢的四个层次
层次1：感谢指出问题
即使审稿人的意见很尖锐，也要先感谢他发现了问题。

“Thank you for pointing out this oversight.”

“感谢您指出样本量这一关键问题。”
不要说“您说得不对”，要说“您的意见帮助我们发现了表述不清之处”。
层次2：感谢提出建议
审稿人的建议可能你早就想到了，或者你觉得不适用，但还是要感谢。

即使你做不到，也要感谢他的思路。
层次3：感谢花时间审稿
在修回信的开头或结尾，加一句总感谢。

层次4：感谢认同（如果审稿人表扬了你）

对每一条意见，使用以下结构：

即使你不同意审稿人的意见，也可以使用这个模板，只是把“认同”改成“理解您的角度”，然后解释你的立场。
修回信中的“感谢”示例
示例1：完全同意并修改
Reviewer 1: “The literature review lacks recent studies from 2023-2024.”
Response: Thank you for this valuable suggestion. We agree that recent literature should be included. We have now added 5 new references from 2023-2024, including the important work by Smith (2024) on the same topic. Please see page 3, lines 18-22 and the reference list.
示例2：部分同意，但保留原观点
Reviewer 2: “The discussion overstates the practical implications. It should be toned down.”
Response: Thank you for this careful reading. We understand your concern about overgeneralization. We have revised the discussion to focus more on the specific conditions of our study. However, we believe the implication for educators (e.g., reducing multitasking) is still valid given our findings. We have clarified this on page 10, lines 5-8.
示例3：不同意（但礼貌坚持）
Reviewer 3: “The study should have used a pretest-posttest design.”
Response: We appreciate the reviewer’s suggestion. A pretest-posttest design would indeed be stronger. However, given the exploratory nature of our study and the constraints of the semester schedule, a cross-sectional design was the most feasible. We have now added this as a limitation in the discussion (page 12, lines 20-23) and as a future direction.
感谢的禁忌
